I went there on a business trip. It was already 2am when I arrived. The location is very remote. When I arrived, the lights were all off. The whole street was dark. The surrounding environment was scary and I didn't dare to stay there. I contacted the platform to cancel the reservation, but the store refused, saying that the room was reserved and couldn't be sold to others. In fact, the same room type is still for sale on the platform, and there is no situation where it can't be sold to others. This is the store's excuse for not wanting to cancel. The room was booked at 8:43pm, and the time that cannot be canceled is 9pm. This rule of refusing refunds is also unreasonable to me. Since it is determined that the room has been sold to me and cannot accommodate other guests, why is the lobby even light turned off? Shouldn't it be waiting for guests?

The commercial street near the hotel is very convenient. The hotel rooms are warm and comfortable, the rooms are well ventilated and lighted, the lobby is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is quite good, it is economical and affordable, and every stay is like home.
