I recently stayed at Vienna International Hotel (Yunfu Yuncheng) and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located at No. 11 Jianshe North Road, right in the heart of Yuncheng District, which made it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation.
Room & Cleanliness:
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor had a classic European touch that added a nice charm. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.
Service:
The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, although communication in English was limited. They did their best to assist and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Facilities:
The hotel offers a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, a good breakfast selection, and decent business facilities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made it great for rest after a long day.

The mattress is hard, the pillow is thin, not comfortable at all. I asked the front desk, and they only had one. The lighting design, a row of buttons, will drive you crazy. The toilet is uncomfortable, the seat is thin, and the air conditioner only has warm air, not cooling. I almost suffocated.
