入住體驗非常滿意，酒店員工友善，樂觀績極性。價比極高，值得推薦。酒店位置離雲浮東站不遠，打車10分鐘左右，車費大約￥10。酒店設計時尚，大堂及房間均採用意式輕奢風格。酒店大堂員工殷勤有禮，入住登記簡易快捷。從下車一刻起，大堂經理蔣先生一直跟進，直至引領到房間，令人有賓至如歸的感受。房間內的床褥，被鋪及枕頭十分舒適。浴室空間充裕，淋浴用品不錯。早餐是自助形式的，備有中式及西式，食物款式多樣及美味，值得一試。餐廳員工積極主動，餐廳經理鄭小姐用心聆聽客人回饋及建議。下次再來雲浮新區，一定會入住這酒店。

我在雲浮讀書，每次考試前都會找家酒店安心複習一整天，所以很看重酒店的隔音、舒適度和體驗感。而這次解鎖的鳳祺是我在雲浮三年住過品質最好的一家酒店，無論是彬彬有禮、熱情周到的前台小姐姐和小哥哥，還是房間無死角的乾淨、整潔和清爽，都大大超乎了我的預期，在這裏度過了非常難忘、快樂的一天，祝你們越來越好～

這裡是一個遠離城市喧囂的酒店，非常安靜，很適合度假，酒店工作人員非常熱情，訓練有素，使我們感覺賓至如歸。
