The instance has been good.
The comfort of the bed, pillows, location, cleanliness... all good really.
The only thing that is strange is that there is no one to receive you. It is a phone that you call to enter and then on a screen to talk to a person to get the information and they give you an access code to the room and the hotel.
Yes, it is true that they are there 24 hours a day in case you need something, but hey, I imagine that is the future.

Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super attentive and very well located. The restaurant downstairs is amazing.

The service through a telephone without reception causes problems, since everything goes through the internet. Better a person who takes care of you. The older ones get involved with the codes.
