It's a difficult experience to review. First, the first room, 8611, did not have slippers when we checked in, so we called and they were delivered. I thought it might be because we had just checked out, so I didn't say anything. Secondly, when I was taking a shower, I found that the sewer was blocked. I went downstairs with my luggage to change rooms in the middle of the night. I specifically told the front desk to check before I checked in and not to ask me to move rooms with my things. The front desk asked the security guard to go up with me and change the number to 8711. The room was ok but the door could not be locked. The security guard said he had never seen such a situation before, and I said I had never seen such a situation before. After fiddling with it for a long time and failing, he started telling me that if it can’t be locked, then it can’t be locked, and just ignore it. I would like to ask, if you can't lock the door, how can my safety be guaranteed?
