The hotel said that I didn’t contact them in advance and asked, shouldn’t the hotel contact me in advance after my reservation is successful? Then there is the problem of the water heater. I waited for an hour and there was no hot water. The water temperature was warm. My friend went to wash his hair, and the water turned cold directly in about two minutes. When I called the hotel, she said that my friend washed for too long. In the end, we couldn't solve it, so we asked us to change hotels.
