Bali Island Hotel, very good: ①We can collect courier service, ②The bath water is big and hot, ③The open-air parking lot is safe and convenient, ④The breakfast buffet is hygienic and rich. ⑤ About ten minutes walk downstairs, there is a free nucleic acid sampling point. ⑥There are a lot of meals. There are about 50 small glutinous rice balls in a bowl of glutinous rice ball soup, which are left over and packed. Can't think of any dissatisfaction.

早上洗澡突然冷水全無，已經打了一身的沐浴露，以全熱水、冒着被燙傷的風險，勉強洗完。
出來後，打電話至前台投訴，前台衹説讓工程來看和口頭道歉，沒有任何實質性客訴處理，然後説請示領導。
掛電話後，本意在退房前給對方“領導”一些時間響應，直到退房，沒有再接到電話。
退房時，前台表情淡然地説我們領導還在排查問題呢，讓我別著急。
我被燙，他們開始排查問題，可以理解，但自始至終對我除了口頭幾句道歉，就是請示領導，領導在排查，讓我也着急。
本想在退房前，如果得到客訴處理結果，就不寫差評了。但是，領導和前台後面的一系列操作，以及最後退房時前台極不專業的回答和態度，證明了對於這家酒店，這條差評是必要的。
