酒店管理很好，前台接待和餐廳服務周到，登記完之後，男服務生還幫忙送行李到房間。房間衞生良好，無異味。衞生間乾濕分離，就是有點小。早餐品種豐富，口味一般，服務非常周到。樓下就是停車場，車位比較緊張。離店時，前台還特意送了兩瓶熱的礦泉水，非常好。

酒店的硬件設施不錯，早點豐盛，前台還有點心和粥，就是剛辦理入住，一位女服務員硬生生的非要加企業微信，還要拿我的手機她給辦理，我沒同意，後來找她再要張房卡，説了幾次身份證號，她都説沒這號，後來才説她聽錯房間號了，你給辦的入住，就這服務水平有待提高。

本次入住這家酒店價格親民，但體驗感非常好，房間乾淨明亮沒有異味，床品睡起來很舒服，衞浴乾濕分離，地理位置也不錯，離主要景點和商圈都不遠，周邊有黃河夜市和御沁園夜市，小吃很多很好吃，真的沒什麼可挑剔的了，絕對是預算有限的絕佳選擇，而且我們走的時候遺落了身份證，小姐姐還幫我們寄了快遞，非常感謝~

服務態度也太好了吧，很難想象在俺們北方還有跟南方一樣細緻的服務，前台小姐姐們都很有禮貌，主動打招呼，水也是無限喝，他們自己泡的花茶很好喝，我朋友一個人喝了一桶。大廳還有書架和冰淇淋吃。
兩人間不算大，但應有盡有，設施都比較新，住起來很安逸，我這個房間還有落地窗。但是山西空氣裏可能有安眠葯，我們每天午睡都睡得人事不省，手機都玩的少了（不是）。

這家酒店住宿環境非常乾淨,一進門就是問好,真的太有温馨的感覺了.早餐非常豐盛,40多種數不勝數,吃的非常棒,還都是現做的,沒有預製菜,包子很贊,前台還有餅子和水果 晚上還有晚安粥,真的太貼心了.必須推薦來這裏住~
