During the May Day holiday, I chose to come to Yuncheng to experience the long history and culture. I was lucky to book the Hilton Hampton Hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel as a whole, but I also have a few complaints to share with you. I hope to help more tourists coming to Yuncheng, and I hope the hotel can get better and better! Let’s talk about the advantages first: 1. The hotel should be located in the new district, the surrounding environment is clean and tidy, relatively quiet, and the transportation is convenient. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi from the airport. There are also many bus stops nearby to choose to go to various locations in the city center; 2. The interior decoration and room of the hotel are bright and elegant, and the infrastructure is complete. There are snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby, and books and afternoon tea are provided, which is very considerate; 3. The most praiseworthy thing is the exquisite and diverse buffet breakfast. Not only Chinese and Western food are available, but also they are constantly updated every day, and the taste is delicious. The chef makes Yuncheng specialties on the spot, such as chicken soup wontons, various noodles, steamed buns with meat, etc., and I eat them every morning. I am very happy and satisfied; 4. The staff are very warm and friendly. From the front desk to the cleaners to the restaurant chefs, every time they meet, they will take the initiative to say hello and provide services to help solve problems. Let me complain again: 1. The elevator speed of the hotel is a bit slow, and it does not show which floor it is. When you are in a hurry, waiting is really anxious; 2. The air-conditioning speed in the room is too low and the cooling effect is slow. If the wind speed is too high, the noise is very loud; 3. Please pay attention to the timely maintenance of the walls in the room. There are many stains. Although it is harmless, it is not very comfortable to see; 4. The cleaning is just cleaning. Although I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, I would rather see disinfection rather than surface cleaning. Although this is stressful for the cleaning, it is more reassuring for the guests; 5. The most fatal slot! The doors of the toilet and bathroom are magnetic and cannot be closed silently. Whether they are closed or gently closed, they will make a loud noise! ​​Especially when falling asleep at night, people like me who have poor sleep quality are really glad that I brought earplugs. This slot is strongly recommended to be improved! Although there are complaints, I have been very happy in the past few days. I hope that the hotel can be optimized and improved, and I hope that Yuncheng tourism will be more prosperous!

The hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants and snack streets nearby, convenient transportation, and complete room facilities. In addition, I especially like the master at the door. We drove here and arranged for us to park in the basement and also guided us to park.
