交通便利，由鬱南站前往可打車或坐高鐵站巴士均可，打車10~12分鐘，坐巴士大約15~20分鐘。酒店附近食店及商店多。附近有多個公園可逛。近西江河旁，水果市場。酒店房間較傳統，有足夠空間活動及擺放行李物件。

酒店外面裝修很好，房間比較舊，牆體有滲水發黴，地毯衞生不好，很多煙頭印子。酒店不能提供手機充電器，手機充電要付費。房間內有售賣成人用品的小箱子，帶小朋友出行的朋友謹慎選擇。電話座機斷斷續續雜音很大，酒店硬件設施保養不到位。

酒店的環境非常優雅，大廳裝修精緻，給人一種高端大氣的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟，讓人一躺下就感覺身心放鬆。而且房間的隔音效果很好，即使外面有聲音，也不會影響到室內的安靜，睡眠質量得到了很好的保障。

開好房已經沒有車位停車，停車還要自己開出去路邊找車位，空調老舊最大風都不覺冷，開一個小時才開始慢慢涼，衞浴間設定很舊，這風筒吹頭髮真垃圾，吹半分鐘發熱停十分鐘，又吹半分鐘，又停十分鐘循環這樣

酒店位置很好找，附近有很多路邊停車位（已開始收費，一天24小時封頂20元），工作人員服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，周邊吃飯購物很方便，性價比高

酒店地處縣城中心區域，交通方便，附近超市酒店商場餐飲都較集中，房間設施較齊全，距離西江河堤、中山路步行街很近。但這個大熱天大堂沒開空調讓人難受！
