房間兩面都是落地玻璃靠馬路邊，很吵很熱，早上7-8點就熱醒了，空調的冷氣根本起不到作用，店老闆説在平台訂的就是給這種房間，得知我是出差的態度更爛，直接走開不處理了

不滿意，不滿意，不滿意，我訂房前已打電話確認有兩間商務大床房，但是去到卻衹能開一間，前台跟我説有一間要臨時給他們酒店經理！好不容易再開一間之前門鎖壞的商務大床房，廁所卻是堵的，最後衹能被迫住標準大床房，還不能退差價，簡直離譜！真實重來沒享受過這種待遇，他們領導才是上帝呢！！！顧客算什麼呢？下等人？！

房間有一股潮味，被子都是有點潮濕的，開了空調還好點，房間衞生一般，以下圖片是淋浴，那個花灑真的臟，前台服務也就一般吧，辦理入住時，我詢問前台停車場在哪裡，她跟我説在隔壁小區，讓我停裏面，我逛了一圈小區沒有停車位，又打電話過去給前台，前台讓我找一下，實在沒有在換個小區停，有安保人員也不喊帶路，睡得呼呼的，讓我大半夜找停車位……就這服務態度……又累又困的時候，真的是好無語的，體驗感真的真的特別特別差，早上跟前台説以上的問題，回答問題振振有詞，一句道歉都沒有。出來遊玩的朋友，建議不要住這家酒店。

1、很多蚊子！一晚上徒手打死了4隻，還有至少3隻在滿屋子飛！而且屋內竟然沒有備有蚊香！
2、213的房間內電話壞的！想打電話跟前台要蚊香，最後衹能自己下樓拿！
3、213臨街，樓下喝醉酒的聲音，小孩打鬧的聲音，汽車呼嘯的聲音…睡得淺的千萬不要住臨街！
被蚊子鬧得一晚沒睡好，快睡著了大貨車況且況且地過…

我目的地是陽朔，在高速實在困的開不動了，然後下了高速找個地方睡覺，去到的時候已經凌晨6點多，前台説我是凌晨房，正常衹能睡到12點就要走，她説給我睡到下午3點，而且還是140元，衹睡8個小時。而且房間很小很窄，我來陽朔這邊房間大，環境好，而且價格超級便宜，100塊錢已經可以住如家了
