差到你不可想象，衞生不行！服務不行！影響了一天的美好心情！設施壞、衞生差先放其次，最惡略的是真的不鳥你，服務意識和態度差到極致，整個店裡三四個人統一狀態不管你是長者孩子，通通這麼代答不理，不拿正眼看你，我從來沒給過商家差評，這次真的是忍無可忍！
對攜程也是失望，進店到前台，前台都不知道我們訂房間了，不知道攜程現在的工作是怎麼做的

滿滿的套路，導航到地方已經凌晨一點多了，剛進去前台就告訴我沒有預訂的房間了，讓我加錢換房間，在我拒絕之後覺得沒套路上，就又換了個套路，又説房間沒水，不能上廁所，讓我取消訂單，我帶着長者孩子凌晨那麼晚了居然這個態度！簡直太氣人了！服務態度差到了極點！

二樓的房間有兩個區域，上樓去開8212打不開，再觀察朝前走有個走廊通向無地毯的區域，還有一個房間是212。容易造成錯開。中間是兩個樓的連接帶，不帶8的房間更舊。衞生間門的推拉字眼反着，房內有大蚊子🦟但沒有滅蚊器。設施舊，勉強住一宿中轉

開始的時候給了三樓的麻將房，烏煙瘴氣，滿地灰塵，電視放不了，要求換房，同意了，四樓套房沒有麻將台的還好，水冷冰冰的，小小的水量。幸好前台同意加被子!
