不明白玉門高檔酒店排名第一是怎麼得出的。23日我們一家晚上八點抵達酒店，本來已經疲憊，結果接待我們的前枱面無表情，正眼也不看一眼，聲音小的根本聽不見，邊上的接待也立正站好，熱毛巾熱水是擺設。我們帶着孩子，拖鞋2個大行李箱，接待卻去引導五大三粗背個背包**胞，徹底無語。再講設施，房間很小，床很矮（差不多行李箱的一半高度），加濕器是壞的，。。。。第二天早上9點多一點，我們去另外一幢樓去吃早飯，結果裏面整整齊齊的服務員在吃，説過了9點，結束了。我記得昨天前台告訴我10點，我還重複了一次，結果還是一早吃了閉門羹。。。服務一言難盡啊，迷你吧衹有兩瓶水，其他都是付費。攜程的第一次差評給這個酒店，這個跟頭天住張掖的潤湖假期酒店真的天差地別。避坑吧。。。
