All the service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help. The cost performance is very high. The service attitude of the front desk is very good. The exquisite twin room originally booked was upgraded to a super twin room for free. After completing the check-in procedures, an intelligent robot took us to the door of the room. As soon as we entered the room, all the facilities such as curtains, lights, electricity, air conditioning, etc. were all controlled by Xiaodu voice. It was very convenient and practical. The children were reluctant to leave the next day. The room is comfortable and hygienic, very large and comfortable, especially the washbasin is located outside, which is completely separated from the bathroom. Two people can use it at the same time without affecting each other, which is really very convenient. The room service is kind and basically responsive. In short, it was a very comfortable trip. I hope I can stay again next time if I have the opportunity!

The front desk service is quite satisfactory. In the northwest, the service awareness cannot be too high. I stayed for three days and the invoice amount was omitted.
