I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It felt cheap cold and unwelcoming. The bedding was thin and the curtains throughout the room were just odd. The shower had a major issue, with water leaking from a slit in the door. The parking lot was tiny, and when we arrived late, there was nowhere to park. Overall, it felt unsafe and not worth the money.

Convenient In town to perform at a street fair across the street and down the block, so the convenience was incredible! Even if it had been a “normal” weekend, the restaurants, shops and nightlife in the immediate area would have made it a great spot.

The place is better than expected. Valentin checked us in quickly and professionally while also being friendly. Very satisfied with our stay.

Bad experience Our room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the less than stellar rating was that we arrived after midnight Yuma time, coming in from a long day of frustrating travel to find out that our room was automatically canceled at midnight. We had to pay that one night stay and book another same night, plus rebook for the following night. Both at higher rates. The front desk did say that if we had called to give them a heads up that we were on our way, we could have maybe avoided that. Hilton was not willing to waive this one night cancellation fee, even though the hotel was not fully booked and we did show up right before midnight California time. Will avoid Hilton Hotels in the future.
