Very satisfied. The housekeepers Xiaomi and Mr. Shi were very helpful. If I live on the third floor and there is no elevator, the housekeepers will help me get it up. Both the service staff and the cleaning ladies are very polite and friendly. The sister who makes coffee also gave us a lot of advice. The room is fully equipped and heated, and the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is visible through the window. There is also a campground nearby where you can take a walk and take photos. The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need. This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast. We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements. This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

The location is in the central area of ​​Baisha. Take a taxi and locate Baisha Town Government. The B&B guy will pick you up. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the roof of the hotel and the room. The puppy Orange is very cute. Breakfast is not prepared until 8:30, and it takes a long time to eat. It is recommended to increase the supply of hot water in the breakfast area so that guests can have saliva to drink while waiting. There is no floor heating, and the heating by air conditioning is very weak. You need to turn on the electric blanket when sleeping. I am not used to the electric blanket, which caused me to sleep poorly for two days. The water in the washbasin is not hot, especially at night, it is still cold water after a long time, but the shower is hot. I don’t understand the hot water.

I came to Lijiang Star with my wife and felt the warmth of home. The front desk ladies were warm and thoughtful. The room had a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast was varied and tasted good. I am especially grateful to the front desk supervisor, Ms. He, who treated us as her own family and was very considerate in everything. Miss Li personally delivered afternoon tea to the room. The front desk ladies were always very enthusiastic and took the initiative to show us the room.
