Big shoutout to 小钟 for the great service! Check in was really smooth and seamless. Touched down at 12pm-ish and he was kind to allow us to check in early. Room was clean and bathtub was huge! Really love the lunch at the international restaurant. Do try their 小锅米线。 however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Facilities: All-inclusive, the whole house is so smart and friendly! Xiaodu actually bought a membership hahaha, the speaker is Marshall~ and many details are in place, there are fireplaces, makeup mirrors, and even makeup remover wipes. Hygiene: Cleaned very clean, the bedding is also very comfortable to sleep, but the most comfortable is the bathrobe! I started searching for the same one when I came back. Environment: The hotel itself has a sense of design, not to mention that you can see the sunrise Jinshan while lying on the bed, and Longnu Lake Scenic Area is a hundred meters away. Service: It is the most considerate and enthusiastic in this trip! The staff will pull up the WeChat group and respond to anything in time (I had a fever after climbing the snow mountain, and the hotel was very considerate to send a thermometer, ibuprofen, hot water and fruit), and the daily activities will be notified in the group in advance~very active and positive! Naxi home visits are particularly meaningful, and handmade activities are also fun!

The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need. This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast. We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements. This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

Excellent service and location. We purposely pick hotel at DongBaGu to be able to see the sunrise shining on YuLong mountain. We can see the gold mountain from the dining area. We are grateful that the hotel helped us to upgrade our rooms to rooms with balcony. We even have a free photoshoot for each room, welcome tea ceremony, night star glazing, and dyeing experience to enjoy. The most importantly, we have to allocate enoguh time to experience all these facilities. Front desk Xiao Li is very helpful. As we do not have wechat pay to book for the cable car ticket to get up to YuLong mountain, she helped us to do the booking, and even teach us how and when to go there. Overall it is peaceful and nice hotel to stay at.

”Wenhai is not the sea, but the Naxi Pure Land closest to heaven”   In Wenhai Village at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, I found the last paradise in Lijiang - Ritz-Carlton, Suye Snow Mountain Wild Luxury Resort Hotel. A healing journey of snow-capped mountains, lakes and humanities began. I am waiting for the arrival of spring here. **🏞️Scenery: Breaking into the snow-capped mountain pasture like an oil painting**   The alpine lake in Wenhai Village is like a sapphire inlaid in the meadow. Siberian seagulls fly across the waves, and Tyndall light penetrates the clouds and sprinkles on the lake, as if the gods overturned the palette. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the rolling meadow when you open the window. The pure white building complex of the hotel echoes the outline of the snow mountain. Every corner is an excellent camera position for ”pretending to be in Switzerland”. Feeding alpacas in the morning and chasing deer in the afternoon, cute pets walk freely in the snow mountain manor, and fairy tales shine into reality. **🌿Humanities: Touching the uncommercialized Naxi soul**   Here, the most primitive Naxi life scene is preserved, the houses made of glacier stones dance with prayer flags, and the shouts of villagers herding are heard in the wind. The hotel cleverly integrates local culture, uses Yuhu stone to build fireplaces, and even the coasters hide the philosophy of the moon phase cycle, and the details are all Naxi wisdom. **🏨Hotel: Wild luxury ceiling-level experience**   The guest rooms enjoy a 180° snow-capped mountain view, and the private terrace can collect the sun shining on the golden mountain on the lounge chair. At night, brew tea around the stove, the fireplace fire talks with the starry sky, and it is so quiet that you can hear the sound of snow falling. Here, time is paused, leaving only snow-capped mountains, lakes and pure smiles. If you are also tired of the commercialized ancient town, you might as well hide in this ”Yunnan Little Alps” and let the wind of Wenhai blow away all your fatigue~

Every moment in Hylla is like being carefully ironed by time. Especially the unforgettable housekeeper Amy's careful and thoughtful company. When we arrived, the collection housekeeper Amy was waiting for us. When she held our suitcases and served us tea and snacks to greet us, a long-lost feeling of ironing suddenly filled my heart. The space design here has a breathing and living soul. The mirrored waterscape in the atrium takes in the flowing clouds, flying birds and snow-capped mountains. In the morning, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the window is illuminated by the sun in the tranquility and turned into gold. Every moment in Hylla is permeated by the soul and the aura of nature. The chef brought the four seasons of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to the table. The copper pot rice noodles in the morning and the delicious and exquisite meals for dinner are carefully and slowly tasted in the extremely quiet sunset. When you receive milk and chocolate at night to drive away the cold and help you sleep, even the temperature of the cup wall is just like the warm sun in Lijiang in winter. Hylla, who transforms the spiritual energy of heaven and earth into concrete tenderness, has the confidence to make people deeply healed by this place.

The room is so beautiful. I was attracted by the large floor-to-ceiling window at first sight. I strongly recommend friends to stay here for one night. The hotel brothers and sisters are very gentle and polite. The 24-hour housekeeper provides caring service. Drivers are arranged to pick up and drop off at Baisha Ancient Town. The coffee and afternoon tea are very beautiful, and the breakfast is also very special. I want to stay in Wenerli again. I will definitely choose this place next time I come. It won’t go wrong.

I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The hotel is at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain, with Amei Ze Campground, and the scenery is first-class. The front desk responded very quickly, which is great! The reception manager in the breakfast room is very warm, reminding guests to keep warm and windproof every day, which is great! The hotel hygiene needs to be improved. Someone else's false eyelashes were found in the bathroom. After cleaning, I don't know why there were two unfolded towels, and the used bathrobes in the laundry basket were not taken away and replaced. There is a bathroom in the suite that drains very slowly, and it is impossible to take a shower😰 The water heater has insufficient heating power. After taking a shower for one person, there is basically no hot water left. After waiting for more than an hour, there is still not enough hot water😰 The flaws do not cover the merits. I hope it will be better next time. Come on!
