My family brought the elderly and children here to play for their birthdays. I never expected that there would be so many interesting activities! There are different shows every night. The G.Os are so enthusiastic and considerate. Dylan has been helping to arrange the room and check-in matters since before check-in. Two elderly people in the family were given two snow mountain cakes for their birthdays. All G.Os sang birthday songs together. The atmosphere, ritual and emotional value are really full! The village chief Haily is very kind and enthusiastic to everyone. Edna is also helping at any time. People are very nice! The scenery is also very healing. I will come again in December for my child’s birthday. Thank you to the staff for giving me a perfect vacation❤️I have been to many expensive hotels around the world, and the service is really incomparable to this one. It is worth the money!

The service is very good and the response is fast. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Dongba Valley opposite to see the golden mountain in the sun. You can also see the snow mountain directly from the hotel restaurant. It takes 30 minutes by taxi to Yulong Snow Mountain, which is very close, and 20 minutes to Baisha Ancient Town. The landscaping is beautiful. I experienced thangka, tie-dyeing and brewing tea around the stove for free. It was a big surprise~

The Ritz-Carlton, Lisboa is the second hotel I stayed in during my visit to Yunnan. It is definitely the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during this trip. The scenery is amazing, it is definitely the best in Lijiang. The environment and sanitation are amazing. There are various experience activities, such as hiking and picking, plant rubbings, horseback riding around the lake, bonfire parties, and butter tea experiences. You will not feel bored. There is a free-flowing mini bar, fruits and drinks, and you can eat and drink as you like. There is also a butler service group of 11 people. You can say whatever you need in the group and the butler will respond immediately. There are many small animals in the store, such as lambs, alpacas, and sika deer. They are very cute and take good photos. I highly recommend this place for those who come to Lijiang for tourism.

This is a very amazing hotel. The design, environment and service are all top-notch. Before departure, the housekeeper Zhang Zhiyuan carefully asked about our flight time, whether we had any dietary restrictions and other details. When we arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Zhang Zhiyuan was waiting for us at the door and asked us if we needed anything every day. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one has the best impression. Every staff member here is smiling, enthusiastic and polite, which makes people feel very kind and warm. Our whole family is very satisfied with the three days of stay. My daughter and husband both said they would come again next time!
