Definitely one of the best place I've stayed in. Scenic surroundings and not only the hotel was nicely designed, all the hotel staff were nice and warm as well. Despite on the pricier end, it came with quite a bit of freebies depending on the number of days you stay. Hope they will retain these perks till my next stay. For those who are still considering, if your budget allow, do not hesitate to confirm your booking now.

This hotel took 5 stars standard to the next level with their exemplary services and unrivalled sincerity to elevate your stay. Special mentions to 三朵and罗志祥 for going the extra mile, especially during the night campfire they hosted for all guests. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a differentiated experienced in China, but carrying the luxury touch.

Really nice and serene hotel located in a Yuhu village. Staff were very friendly and paid close attention to needs. There was also an indoor campfire with KTV session. Nice place to chill. There were a lot of activities included like horse riding, creating photo frame.

Hidden spot , lovely place, excellent homely service. You don’t have to worry about experiences- you get well taken cared off. And you get to experience the local village and culture. Seeing the jade snow mountain depends on season.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, there's a wide variety of activity you can do throughout the day such as horse riding and fruit picking. Lovely afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast served by the hotel - the hotpot is my favorite.

This hotel gave me the best experience. The employees are all excellent in their customer service. The hotel is great, very clean and modern. The food is delicious. First time to try Yaki-cha (roasted tea) and it was very nice. Horseback riding in the snow is great. The hot wine we drank at night was wonderful. The evening talks around the hearth with everyone were unforgettable.
Who would doubt that I would give this hotel 5 stars?

This is the second time I stayed at Stone House. I stayed for three nights this time and experienced almost all the activities. Every day was full of schedules. It was so interesting! To sum it up in one sentence: delicious, fun, good accommodation, and good service!
Delicious: The free hot pot has improved a lot in taste. I especially recommend the pot of cured pork ribs and black chicken! The vegetables and fruits in the restaurant are what I miss. They taste like the taste of childhood. The restaurant's products are also delicious. All breakfasts, lunches and dinners are eaten at Stone House. Thanks to the sour papaya chicken and other dishes specially prepared by Stone House on the last night. They are so delicious! I also like the goodnight milk and iced latte at Stone House~
Fun: The activities organized by Stone House are so interesting! This time I experienced Naxi home visits, wild picking, plant rubbing, Longnu Lake horseback riding, bonfire parties, and paid horse caravan snow mountain secrets. Each project is very interesting. This time I made two plant rubbing eco-friendly bags, which are so beautiful! Joined the horse team and rode wildly with Ma Ge for six hours. We took a niche route to check in at Yulong Snow Mountain. It is highly recommended. It is exciting and fun for horseback riding novices! The bonfire party was very atmospheric, and you could see the stars in the sky when you looked up.
Good accommodation: The room is on the first floor, with excellent privacy, impeccable hygiene/equipment/comfort/sound insulation, and it was very comfortable to live in! The washed clothes also smelled good~ In addition to the room, every corner of the hotel is very design-oriented. When you are free, find a place to stay and drink iced latte. It is so comfortable.
Good service: The boss and all the housekeepers are very enthusiastic and friendly. Objectively speaking, this is the best service I have ever had in all the hotels in China. The service is proactive, timely, and humane, and there is a response to everything~
