Very responsive and friendly staffs! Breakfast included and emergency medicines are readily available as well. Strategic location situated in the heart of the ancient town. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved the views from my room.
A taxi was arranged for my pickup from the train station was arranged which helped a ton with reducing that hassle of being in a place for the first time.
The location is perfect, away from the buzz and noise but close enough to easily access restaurants and other areas.
I had an issue with my drain in the shower and it was attended to promptly which I appreciated. The room is as shown in the images and is quite spacious.
The snacks and night caps are a great touch.
The lady at the front dest could have been a little more helpful at checkout considering that it was raining and I needed a ride to get to where my taxi would be. Fortunately one of the gentlemen arrived as I was about to drag my suitcase i the rain and cobblestones.

The room and common areas were very clean. It was in old town and convenient. The staff helped me locate uncommon items and services like raw coffee beans and a high altitude climbing guide. My room had beautiful views of the mountains!

The location is exactly in the Bai Sha Ancient Town. It is convenient if you want to buy food nearby. As the didi cannot go in the homestay but the staff will come out and pick us up. Our room is at the second floor, the staff helped us to move our heavy luggages up and down, thanks to him so much. The homestay will prepare breakfast, coffee and teatime but unfortunately our time is not match so cannot enjoy it. The environment, design and vibe are definitely worth the price.

The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, and have a good breakfast and coffee. If there is a chance to come back, I will still choose this hotel

Had a nice chat with one of the hosts over chinese tea and flower biscuits at check-in. A pity we had to miss the complimentary breakfast due to early check-out. While correspondence with the guesthouse was relatively timely and smooth, it was rather unfortunate that our group of 3 felt more of a burden to the service staff, where we needed to accommodate them instead of feeling welcomed - from pickup with our at the ancient town carpark, to having to specially request for assistance with luggage during early check-out. The service just wasn't as forthcoming as we had experienced in other guesthouses during our 10-day trip in Yunnan. In terms of room amenities, the linen were single-use, and there was hardly any space/seating apart from the beds for 3 persons in the duplex room - overall adequate.

Excellent service, the team managing the homestay is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, warm and clean, they have separate shower and toilet area too which makes it more convenient. If the weather is good, you may also request to access to their rooftop to enjoy the snow mountain view

Nice stay, managed to spot the snow mountain during the morning. Hotel is very helpful, we missed out our powerbank and they even help us to courier to us. Definitely recommended!
