Joy Holiday Lijiang Hotel

With the support of the Amezai Campground, we were even given a suite upgrade. The environment was fantastic. It was also very convenient to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The breakfast was average, but overall, I highly recommend it!

You can take a shuttle bus from the hotel to Amezawa Camp. Children love to play there. The environment is good and there are activities such as boating, horse riding, swings, etc. The tree is very famous and many people take pictures there.

The scenery is stunning, with snow-capped mountains visible from the window! The service is attentive, the room is cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is plentiful, and the surroundings are quiet, giving it a perfect vacation feel. I'll definitely be back next time, and highly recommend!

Honestly, check-in at the front desk was very slow. There were only two people there in the afternoon and evening. The staff member who showed us the way on the first day even went to the wrong building. I don't know if he was familiar with the hotel. This is a real estate project. The property was sold to the owner and then taken back into trusteeship. The management company doesn't care about the customer experience or providing good, high-quality service. They spoke to guests as if they owed them something. It was really annoying. We left our belongings in the lobby, next to the front desk, and the staff asked us when we would take them away and not to block them. They were rude and unfriendly. The waitress was particularly rude, lacking the patience, care, and warmth expected of a hotel staff member.
