The room smelled like cat, and there was cat hair on the bed. My girlfriend and I both had allergies in the middle of the night. There are actually chickens raised next door, just open the picture here in the window. Started calling at half past five. Call the merchant, just tell them that the chicken is not theirs and they can't catch it, and then hang up. In the end, there was no way to call Ctrip customer service, so Ctrip communicated with them before changing the room to a room that was less noisy and smellless. A very bad experience. Not many people checked in that day. Since we knew there were chickens nearby, why did we have to arrange it there?

酒店位於白沙古鎮的門口位置，距離古鎮比較方便，周邊吃飯買東西都近，服務比較熱情，二樓有露台可以看到雪山。缺點： 1、全木質結構，隔音太差，這個是 2、公共區域的設施很多，但都感覺舊舊臟臟的，缺乏維護和清潔。 3、住宿期間沒怎麼看到其他旅客，也沒有什麼工作人員，晚上出去一趟車上拿東西，回來一路滲得慌。 4、房間裏衞生情況堪憂，東西掉床底了，彎下腰一看嚇一跳，垃圾很多。基礎設施和位置都不錯，希望店家好好經營吧。

第一次來麗江，直接選擇了白沙，酒店就在白沙古鎮路邊特別好找酒店是三個小院組成，每個小院都是一個主題，冒着試一試的態度結果出乎意料，實在沒想到一百多能住到這樣的酒店，已經給很多朋友安利過了服務很周到，房間也很大，二樓有觀景台，可以看到雪山～非常棒，下次有機會過來還會選擇這裏

店好找，門口路很堵，裏面別有洞天很特別，三個四合院連着的，乾淨，自動門鎖關不上開不開，最後掉下來了，維修工修完還是老樣子，給我們換了一間，淋浴水很大各種設施設備好用
