The view from the window was completely different from the promotional photos. I suspect it was photoshopped! The service was unhelpful, and the facilities were faulty. The water supply was broken, the air conditioning wasn't working, and they kept telling me not to use the AC. "To save electricity?" That's ridiculous! The room was completely soundproof! I could hear my neighbors playing cards and yelling in the middle of the night, and no one was paying attention. I could hear them clearly. They must have cut corners on the renovations! Lightning avoidance, lightning avoidance!

I was a little nervous when I saw there weren't any reviews for this new hotel. But the pictures sounded so good, so I booked a night. I was absolutely delighted! It was absolutely amazing! Five stars is a must! Let's start with the room. The view was incredible! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows faced the snow-capped mountains, allowing you to watch the clouds roll by from your bed, completely unobstructed. We were lucky enough to even see the breathtaking sunrise over Jinshan Mountain—it was truly breathtaking! The room itself was also amazing. The twin room had two 1.5-meter beds, spacious and comfortable. The Dyson hair dryer and Marshall speakers were all quality touches, making it a truly enjoyable stay. I have to rave about the food! The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It had a wide variety, tasted delicious, and the ingredients seemed so fresh. Honestly, it was far better than the breakfasts at the so-called five-star B&Bs we stayed at in the ancient city! The afternoon tea was also incredibly exquisite, beautifully presented, and the small cakes, fruit, and drinks were all delicious, and the photos were beautiful. The service was incredibly attentive! After placing the order, the hotel manager contacted us directly and arranged a car to pick us up. If we wanted to visit Baisha Ancient Town, we just let them know and they arranged a pick-up at any time, saving us the hassle and effort of worrying about transportation. In short, from the scenery and amenities to the dining and service, the hotel was impeccable and absolutely worth the price! If you're looking for a relaxing and quality vacation while gazing at the snow-capped mountains, this is the place to stay! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is very new, with a nice design and excellent service. The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable on the first night, but it was fixed the next day. It was a flaw in the design of the air vents, but they did their best to fix it. A small suggestion: add hooks to the bathroom, otherwise it's not very family-friendly.
