Room was spacious and clean with projector, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much and would like to stay here again if I return to Lijiang.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, the location was excellent, there were some issues that made my stay less than enjoyable.
First, the room was decent. Clean and tidy. Staff was helpful enough to carry our baggage to second floor. Then I realize that we can't see yulong mountain clearly thru our room and we have to climb up to an common Area (Roof Top) to see yu long mountain which has been blocked half by another building next door.
But we depart earlier the next day at 6am to Yulong Mountain. So we have to carry our own luggage to lobby, and there's totally no light at the corridor. I have to take my luggage through a dark corridor. My Friend She missed a step and twisted her ankle.
I've bring up this issue to the hotel but I did not receive prompt assistance or resolution I had hoped for. They only send me a red packet thru wechat.
I hope the management can address these concerns by improving lighting in certain areas. Some parts of the hotel, especially second floor.

The place was clean and cozy, perfect for families to stay in! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes from Baisha Old Town!
Staff here were really friendly and helpful - always being responsive when we had questions and even went all the way to help us to find private tour guide to Yulong snow mountain. (Plus point: all of the young staff are so polite and always greet us warmly - my parents absolutely LOVED THEM). Their service is definitely one of the reasons we'd love to return!
