Room is big, clean and fully equipped with nice amenities. Breakfast, afternoon tea & supper were all well presented and delicious.
Though the location is not right smack at city center, it can be an advantage for not crowded with lots of people and will be peaceful at night.
I will not hesitate to choose this hotel for my next return to Lijiang.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

Room is spacious, clean and with interesting deco. Facilities are good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They show us food and activities we can have in Baisha old town with a map and all are in walking distance. They even teach me how to buy snow mountain ticket. They also provide free afternoon tea, supper and breakfast. View on the rooftop is nice. No air-conditioning is no issue for us.

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but I really loved their service. So far, this is the hotel that offers the best service. A staff member explained all the attractions and food options in Baisha Village in detail. They provide afternoon tea, evening snacks, and breakfast—all included in the hotel fees. They also offer other services like candle making and baking classes. Unfortunately, due to my packed schedule, I didn’t get to register for those classes. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and the top-notch service provided.

Everything is just perfect, i love the service here, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, this is more worthy than the price you paid and beyond your expectation i promise. I will still stay here if i return baisha, or i will recommend this to all my friends

nearby also have alot shops and can peek at yulong mountain.
the hotel also provide alot of services like candle making, tea set meals and desserts.

We were amazed by Xiao Juan extraordinary service. She was very caring, heartwarming and considerate. Brought us walk around the town. Love the candle making activities. All the staff there were so friendly and responsive. Sent high tea to our room. Helped us carry luggage to our room. Flexible arrangements. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come bk next time. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
