This stay was great! The hotel is elegant and tasteful, and the surroundings are very quiet, making people feel particularly relaxed and comfortable. The housekeeper Amy's service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She always solves our needs in time and makes us feel at home. It is particularly worth mentioning the hotel's coffee experience. The baristas are not only professional, but also very friendly. They patiently explain coffee knowledge to us. The whole experience is very interesting and unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will come again next time!

The hotel has a great view, the rooms are log-style, making you feel at home, the housekeepers are attentive and considerate, the coffee and tea in the backyard coffee shop are of high quality and very delicious. The breakfast is even richer, the copper pot tomato rice noodles are tasty enough, it's worth coming again!

The whole experience of staying in the hotel was very good. After I booked the hotel, the housekeeper Ah Wei called me early in the morning to ask if I needed to be picked up at the airport. I went there early and checked in, but the room was not ready. Ah Wei immediately arranged for me to wait in a quiet area. I really like this because I like quietness. In the evening, when I returned to the room after dinner, there was hot milk in a thermos on the hair table. I went there with my child. This also made me feel their attention to detail.

This is my fourth time in Lijiang. This is a very good design collection hotel. Each room has a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. The fruits, drinks and pastries in the room are exquisite. The hotel shop has its own cultural and creative products, as well as selected beautiful things. The coffee shop has good products. The most unexpected thing is that I encountered the works of masters in the coffee shop. At that time, I really wanted to send a photo to Master Ku. The housekeeper is very considerate, the communication is smooth, and he will answer all questions and even respond to all requests. Hearing that we were going to the snow-capped mountains early in the morning, he specially prepared breakfast and oxygen cylinders! The pick-up service is not an ordinary online car-hailing service, but a well-trained staff! During the Spring Festival, hand-made, sound therapy and other projects were not open because the teacher went home for the New Year. Looking at the utensils, we can judge that the quality is also good. The geographical location here is beautiful in all seasons!

I will focus on the hotel's service. I thought it was not very good, but I was moved by it. I like the housekeeper Caixia's meticulous service. The other hotel staff are also very nice. As a hotel control, I have stayed in too many good hotels. Most of them are standard five-star hotels, but there are not many five-star hotels that can provide personalized services. However, Wu Yu Lan has done it. It is basically the ceiling of hotels I have stayed in in China, not to mention the hotel environment. I hope the hotel can maintain its original intention and advantages. I will go there again if I have the chance!
