金莎酒店環境地理位置都很好，尤其李埃琴每次來了都是貼心暖心的服務，噓寒問暖，讓我感受特別深，來榆林就住金莎國際酒店

金莎酒店在東沙是最好的酒店，吃飯，住宿都不錯，房間的設施設備很齊全都是全新的，床被讓人睡着很舒服，早餐很豐盛，前台客房餐飲服務都是一流的，尤其是客房部的李埃琴剛開始+我微信，問我你感覺在金莎酒店住體驗咋樣，問我早餐，衞生，服務，交通，環境咋樣，問我有什麼不足之處指點一下，我們以後再接再厲，如果感覺我們做的什麼都好請給我們個五星好評支持一下我們的工作，當一個服務員能這樣和我溝通，讓我感覺真是很親切，很感動，所以必須好評。以後也會推薦身邊朋友來住。

酒店位置交通方便，房間床品舒服，早餐豐富，停車場車較大，停車方便，前台和客房服務員都很熱情主動，特別感謝客房服務員韓世梅，為客人着想，服務周到，讓客人感到像回家的感覺，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

前台脾氣蠻橫，沒想到到餐廳更離譜，啥菜品都沒有了，主食沒有了，工作人員各種理由藉口，就是沒得補，差評！差評！

總體來説還是不錯的，酒店應該是比較老了，設施有些陳舊，但是毛巾還是可以的，早餐的味道也是不錯的，小吃比較地道

停個車比登天還難，保安比中南海保鏢都**，就一句停不了就完了。前台還問有開車嗎？自己家那麼點地方，能不能停的下心裏沒點數？明明看着有地下車庫，不讓停。

早上退房時效性太差，退5間房等了近半小時。樓層保潔服務特別好，主動把臟衣服都洗乾淨送回來了。
