很老的酒店了，但是在榆林一眾酒店中還是能有一席之地的，不得不説人民大廈的早餐真是值得的，如果不住酒店單單去吃個早餐也會驚喜萬分的。

像網紅酒店外觀很美，前台服務人員很熱情，服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，各種榆林當地周邊美食都能品嚐到。整體入住感覺較好

真不愧是榆林數一數二的好酒店！不管是從服務還是環境，衞生上説都特別出彩！ 唯一不太好是因為酒店比較舊，所以一些硬件就，hmm～但是奈何服務人員的服務態度都超好的，前台的袁小春和小曹兩位小姐姐人美聲甜心裏善！還要特別特別感謝在2號住房（好像是人民大廈的新樓）的一位給客户指引方向的中餐廳的小姐姐，（應該是中餐廳的工作人員吧）真的太温柔太友善了，我們一大家子在地下停錯了地方，上來後多虧遇到了她，不但告訴我兩邊的區別，推薦大廈的景色，還帶着我們到了真正住宿的地方！！真的特別特別感謝她！！希望她工作順利，早點升職🥰🥰🥰🥰

老牌酒店，國賓館，服務和環境非常好，超值體驗。晚上還送了晚安牛奶。清潔一般般，前一晚洗了頭，落了很多頭髮，晚上回來原封不動在角閥處。地毯也不太乾淨。餐廳早餐非常豐富，工作人員態度好，主動服務。對面就是萬達和榆林地標三館，沙河公園。
