這酒店人氣挺旺，入住時剛好接團，大堂人很多，前台辦理入住熟練乾脆，整體環境不錯，住得很安靜挺舒服，房間衞生乾淨整潔，雖然毛巾不是全新的，對於我來説衹要乾淨就可以，前台小王服務態度很好，客房大姐也很客氣，做衞生時見我們人多煮茶喝，還多送了2瓶礦泉水給我們，早餐挺不錯，餐廳大姐還主動幫忙煎蛋，有免費停車場出入都很方便的，離大潤發吃飯，遊玩很近，還有洗衣烘乾服務，值得推薦。

一樓大廳的衞生間真差勁。房間空調漏水，電腦包都給弄濕了。房間窗户沒有窗紗。軟件下單後前台還查不到訂單，要問很久才有。

衞生很差！牀頭櫃都有大量煙灰，阿姨根本就沒搞衞生，一開始是床單被套有污漬有頭髮 要求阿姨換了，後面才發現牀頭櫃有煙灰，阿姨態度惡劣，讓更換床單她就説酒店都這樣，想乾淨就住家裡；反應床頭有煙灰她來到還説我們這麼多事情，馬馬虎虎擦完還用力甩門走了！怎麼説這也是連鎖酒店，衞生環境這麼差的嗎？阿姨態度也惡劣

前台小姐姐的服務非常好，房間環境也很安靜，衞生還不錯的，只是床單有水性筆的劃痕，毛巾也有搓洗的舊痕。最後停車場有點繞，車出去的時候識別的機器也太不靈敏，另外最重要的是餐廳的服務真的不怎麼樣，機器不會使用的也沒有貼上説明，也沒有人在旁提醒。早餐也沒什麼肉菜，唯一一個煎蛋鍋要十分鐘左右煎一個，還是需要自己煎的，水果也不新鮮。

在酒店三樓有自助洗衣房，還有烘乾機，讓我們這種出差的人不需要帶太多衣服務也輕鬆度過，前台小黃姐姐服務態度很熱情，還免費贈送了雙份早餐，房間衞生也乾淨整潔，挺不錯的，值得再次入住
