和朋友5.1過來玉林遊玩，挑了很久的酒店，一眼相中這家！我不喜歡太新的酒店，味道不好聞另説…我相較於更喜歡這個艾尚佳酒店！地理位置對於外地旅遊的朋友而言很友好！步行就能到的景點和商場！
樓下旁邊就是各種各樣的餐廳！也有葯店！
設施：酒店的空調是中央空調！速冷速熱！冷暖隨意切換！點的外賣還有機器人送上來！耶，好可愛！房間的無線網速很快！贊！
對了…還有烘乾衣架！
衞生：從進門的大廳到房間，都是陣陣清香，沒有一絲絲異味。房間角角落落的衞生處理的很乾凈。
服務：連着住了三天！前台小姐姐熱情有禮，餐廳的阿姨情切温和，做房衞生的阿姨一樣細心，細緻周到有禮！酒店的工作人員整體給我的感受很好，很深刻！他們的領導培訓有方！給出的建議以及讓多送的礦泉水都非常迅速的響應你！！

看了評價來的，位置在中葯港對面很容易找到，前台服務很熱情，入住退房便捷，超大雙床升級了商務雙床房間很寬敞，桌子衣櫃空調稍舊，沙發打開空調吹有煙味，床這邊沒有，回訪刻意問了意見已經反饋説會清洗空調，服務很周到，衞生間牆貼有二維碼可掃描提意見，有問題也可以打電話前台聯繫，工作人員也很熱情打招呼，提供多頭充電器充電很方便，5樓有自助洗衣房，體驗管家服務免費泡腳桶，預約早餐打包，是機器人服務，一樓入口有花茶免費暢飲，還有個小小小童樂園孩子很喜歡，免費早餐很豐盛，特別滿意前台服務，帶娃來入住提供了小童洗漱用品，因為孩子很想在小小童樂園玩，大人要去中葯港，前台答應幫忙照看孩子，雖然孩子跟我們一起去中葯港了但前台負責的態度非常感謝，臨走還給小盆友水果，小盆友很開心，總體很滿意

雖説酒店有點老，但是環境好，地理位置也不錯，一出門口就可以打到車，前台接待服務熱情，一進門就有羅漢果茶水，辦理入住也是特別快，特別要説的酒店大堂居然有小童樂園可以玩，真的很意外，還幫我免費升級了房間，延遲了退房時間，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，房間空間很大，衞生做的也好，退房前台送了礦泉水非常棒，酒店位置很好，去大潤發走路5分鐘就到了，附近逛街吃飯方便，早餐自助的很棒，品種特別多，那個湯粉非常好吃，加上辣椒醬，強烈推薦，訂外賣用機器人送的，酒店還有洗衣房，熨燙機，方便極了，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，住着很安心，哦，忘記了，酒店有免費的停車場，而且是地下室，方便，以後一定還會選擇玉林這家酒店[強]

床比較大1.5米的寬度，早餐也行可以吃飽，這是滿意的地方，但是房間的煙味太大了，這煙味怎麼都吹不散，衹要從外面進來就聞到濃濃的煙味，到離店嗓子都難受，從來沒有住過這麼大煙味的酒店。第一次進去的時候房門所以聞不到煙味，第二次進來反饋前台，前台説換房，但是工作人員來了不大願意給我們換，説每個房間都是有煙味的，空調吹下就好了就沒了，我就信了這個酒店沒有無煙🚬的房間。事實是怎麼都吹不散。睡的難受，半夜醒了還聞到煙味
