這次入住的高級大床房，真的把‘舒適’和‘人性化’刻在了骨子裡！那張大床必須排第一位誇——躺上去的瞬間就被恰到好處的支撐感和柔軟包裹征服了，搭配絲滑親膚的高品質床品，讓我這個認床的人都難得地一覺到天亮，醒來感覺整個人都‘回血’了。房間空間感十足，落地窗視野開闊，白天陽光暖暖的，晚上又能享受城市寧靜的夜景，私密性非常好。細節更是處處見用心，USB充電口簡直是手機黨的福音，還有多種枕頭可選（這個太貼心了！）。衞浴也無可挑剔，水壓穩熱水快，備品味道高級。整體來説這裏不衹是一個睡覺的地方，更像一個能讓人徹底卸下疲憊、享受寧靜與品質的‘避風港’。從硬件到細節，都感受到了對住客需求的真誠關照。非常滿意的一次體驗，下次帶家人來，還會首選這裏！

設施很陳舊，從進入房間開始就一股子的黴味，酒店應該把地毯去掉換回地板，住的非常不舒服。

玉林鳳林國際大酒店前台服務員態度很好，熱情又耐心，房間寬敞乾淨，深泡浴缸很舒適。一層餐廳的早茶味道不錯，還打折。

1、酒店設備老舊，性價比極差，撲面而來一股發腐的味道。
2、房間燈光昏暗，開完燈還非常暗。
3、洗浴設備花灑噴頭小，出水量也小，還是固定的，難用。
4、酒店前台服務態度差，溝通事情態度不行。
5、三百塊的酒店，品質差就算了，贈飲礦泉水是小瓶，衹有330ml兩口就沒了，問多要兩瓶還説免贈不了，得要另外收費。
6、早餐品類少，難吃。
7、前台打印機打印點文件還得收費，收費還貴，幾分1張A4紙，居然張口要1塊錢1張，比打印店貴一倍，住三百多的酒店第一次見。
8、上酒店前特意去刷了卡，以防開不了房間門，剛刷的卡，上樓居然開不了房間門，房務還來得慢，白白等了十分鐘。
住了那麼多酒店，第一次遇到這樣的，這酒店很差很差很差非常差！！！
