對於攜程客服的服務我給滿分5分。
但是對於這家連鎖酒店，並且還加了“國際”兩個字的酒店我給0.5分。
在玉林這個小城市，我覺得256元一晚的房間應該不算差吧，同級別的其他連鎖酒店的價格都比它低。結果住了兩晚給我非常不好的體驗。
酒店雖然才開業五年，但是各方面設施還是很舊的。沐浴間花灑的出水超小，洗手池的水龍頭出水是歪的分散的。每一層的走廊有股臭味，可能是地毯散發出來的。毛巾浴巾也是因為太多年了看起來很舊。
入住第一晚拉窗簾的時候，孩子發現窗簾上有一衹壁虎在爬，孩子爸爸趕緊把它弄到垃圾桶，我把垃圾袋扔到電梯口的垃圾桶旁邊地上。
我以為這衹是偶然現象，所以全家都沒在意，攜程評分我給了很客觀的4分。
結果第二晚準備睡覺的時候，床上的枕頭上突然跳出一衹壁虎，在床上爬，然後爬到牆壁上，當時我魂都快嚇沒了，我趕緊用拖鞋打死了它，扔到垃圾袋裡。接着趕緊打給前台，前台説叫阿姨拿殺蟲劑來噴房間，媽呀，殺蟲劑殘留在房間一晚上，房間是封閉的，一晚上不是要中毒了？我提出要換房間，前台也同意了，大半夜的一家三口在走廊奔跑着搬東西。好不容易搬好東西，結果房間是在ktv上面，吵了很久等到ktv打烊才算安靜下來。但是睡覺還是有心理陰影，衹能開着燈睡覺，一晚上沒睡好。
我想説，這不是連鎖酒店嗎？怎麼管理一點不像連鎖酒店，處理問題很隨意的態度，全程都是攜程在跟進，在溝通，盡最大努力給處理方案。奉勸大家訂房擦亮雙眼，同價位可以訂很多其它的連鎖酒店了。

這家酒店整體感受非常好前台工作人員很熱情，入住辦理很快，還給我們送糖水冷飲！酒店位置便利，交通方便，有停車場是免費的，大堂有便利店，附近有大超市，美食街，離十字街很近，我住房間可以看到對面江邊公園環境給人感覺舒暢安然。房間乾淨整潔房間有小度智能，可聲控窗簾開關音樂等，環境安靜舒適，設施齊全，還有健身房和洗衣房，很便利，OK值得推薦
