The room was too hot, 29 degrees, and the air conditioner couldn't cool it down. We had to rely on natural cooling. A cooling fan was sent in the early morning, but it had a 16A plug and there was no 16A socket in the room.
11.5 When checking out, five colored cloths were mixed with food, which caused a serious food safety problem. I reported the problem to the manager on duty but received no response.

The waiters are professional and specially remind you of the room location and the peak breakfast time. This is very professional!
