住了一間好差的酒店，以為新酒店很好，房間是新裝修唔錯，房間冷氣唔凉，換了房冷氣好小小，咁諗住算啦路過，揸咗幾百公里來到，要煲水幾個插頭都冇电到，算啦搵到床頭有电，洗手間智能馬桶是壞的，當時好夜又算了，用個垃圾筒裝水來冲厠，訓到五點冇晒冷氣，打电話冇人聽，落到樓下大堂有冷氣，見到服務員，佢話維修緊，全部房都冇冷氣有电，所以係大堂訓一吓，到6點有冷氣，返房間再訓，簡直痴線，咁嘅酒店可以開張租比客人住，冇認真睇過房間就出租，住過最差的酒店

房間寬敞舒適明亮，酒店位置得天獨厚，交通便利，性價比超高！離江濱路美食街和十字街都十幾分鍾車程就到了。早餐品種豐富齊全，特別好吃。房間水量充足超舒服，前台服務熱情周到一流！來玉林的不二之選！

我和孩子們住了三天兩晚，最大的感受就是服務周到，五星級酒店都沒這樣的舒適。入住第一天，行李都是前台小管幫我們送到房間，還特意給長者提供了蕎麥枕頭（這一行有長者和孩子），無論在酒店什麼地方，服務員見面都會輕聲問好，感覺好舒服。我們的小朋友都需要付費早餐的，但是都給我們免去了。好久沒住到那麼滿意的酒店了，滿意

超級好，遇到了一些小問題工作人員都會很快解決很熱心，服務很周到。前台的小管很熱情，設施都是新的，衞生也乾淨，早餐挺多樣的，房間是智能語音控制系統，很方便。去了前台介紹的大容山景點，風景很美，很適合出遊，這個酒店總體都還不錯，很值得推薦。

自駕到玉林，入住得利酒店，前台免費升級房型，入住後酒店還送了水果。房間很温馨，隔音好，房門和陽台門關起來，都聽不到外面的聲音，一夜睡了個好覺。重點點贊是服務，前台小管經理細緻周到，從前台到餐廳服務員都是非常熱情，對於住客的訴求基本上是秒應答到。玉林旅遊推薦這家酒店👍
