Stayed during the Chinese New Year. Every staff member was very gentle and considerate. They upgraded the room and informed us of the New Year fireworks show in the evening. The breakfast on the first day of the new year was thoughtful and sour soup dumplings were prepared. It is a hotel with humanistic care. Highly recommended

首先，酒店位置特別好，距離老街很近，交通也特別方便。這個可以給5分滿分評價。
其次，酒店從保潔到前台，特別是前台幾位當值帥哥和小姐姐，真的都太熱情，太貼心了，這個方面可以給5分滿分評價，甚至超滿分評價。
再次，酒店衞生還可以，免費夜宵也挺好，這個給4.5分評價。
最後，每次停車都非常順暢。這個可以給5分滿分評價。
不足的是，酒店房間佈局，裝修不怎麼樣，我的房間靠院內，窗户也偏小。龍頭熱水有點發黃，被子有點潮，智能燈有點不聽使喚。這裡有些硬件不是短期內能改變的，有些可以解決一下做得更好。這個我給4-4.5分。

房間挺大挺新的，用的也是智能設施，衹是我去的那天碰到熱水器清洗，我又趕了一天的路，到晚上十點多水才熱，這個體驗真的很不好，熱水器應該在晚上用水前準備好。值得一提的是前台工作人員真的很熱情讓人覺得人很暖心。酒店地理位置也很好距離榆林老街和夫子廟都很近。

H水晶酒店就在榆林南站樓上，交通不管是機場、火車站、還是旅遊景點，出入方便。附近有榆林古城、榆林老街、夫子廟（未開門）、夫子廟步行街、中國算盤博物館、陝西民俗博物館、靈宵塔景點，均步行可達。

酒店地理位置極好（有免費停車場）。右轉就是夫子廟，左轉直街區商業街和老街，從房間就可看到凌霄塔，隨處鬧市關上窗很安靜。服務周到熱情細緻，為遊客精心準備了周邊旅遊攻略，晚上還有免費宵夜。

全家自駕旅遊途徑榆林，臨時找的 選擇了水晶酒店，位置很好，門前有停車位，就是停車場入口位置設計的不太明確，我們直接開進汽車站了。酒店衞生和環境都不錯，房間寬敞住着挺舒適。重點表揚這裏的窗户隔音效果真好，對面廣場一早一晚會很熱鬧，一開始還有點擔心，結果關着窗基本聽不到。榆林雖然衹是我們這次旅遊的途徑之地，但很驚艷。
