Room is spacious and comfortable, it has all the necessary things you could want. The breakfast is great. A very wide selection of fresh foods, western and Chinese. Hotel swimming pool, gym and other amenities are great and clean. It was a little busy due to it being weekend in summer holiday, but the spa was wonderfully run and service was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Yulin.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.

A long-established hotel, a state guesthouse, with very good service and environment, a great value experience. Goodnight milk was also given in the evening. The cleaning was so-so. I washed my hair the night before and a lot of hair fell out. When I came back in the evening, it was left intact at the corner valve. The carpet was not very clean either. The breakfast in the restaurant is very rich, the staff has good attitude and proactive service. Opposite are Wanda, Yulin Landmark No. 3, and Shahe Park.

Passing by from Yulin, this is the first time I stayed in this hotel. I was a little surprised. When I entered the hotel lobby, I felt very comfortable. The waiters took the initiative to say hello and take the luggage. The service attitude of each service staff was very good and greeted with smiles. The room has a wooden floor, which is much cleaner than carpets. The bedding is also very clean and comfortable. Buckwheat pillows are prepared, which are more friendly to guests with poor cervical spine. The room is filled with Jingtian mineral water, and the details are in place. Breakfast is also good, more suitable for public taste. Next time I have a chance, I will choose this hotel again!

Especially when I heard that our family members have elderly people, I was worried that the elderly who returned to Xi'an by car would be inconvenient to eat, and specially prepared a lunch box. The high level of service and the seriousness and meticulousness of the service are moving. Yulin Rongda International Hotel may have a little gap in hardware facilities compared to international luxury hotels, but the comfortable and hygienic bedding and attentive service can completely make up for the shortcomings. It is also highly recommended that friends who come to Yulin to travel to Yulin Rongda International Hotel to experience a relaxing trip next time. 房間沒有拍照，因為就是親子間的標準設施，與酒店宣傳照片一致。服務、設施沒有給滿分，因為在入住後，發生的幾件事情，讓我從最初入住時的好感逐步下降。 1、孩子半夜生病，折騰一晚上，天快亮才睡着，而且因為是膽囊炎發作，渾身無力。我和老公去早餐廳吃飯，希望給孩子帶一碗粥和一個饅頭回房間，餐廳服務員、經理都是嚴詞拒絕，説為了食品安全，絕對不行，找誰都沒用。讓我深深感覺到酒店的冷漠。 2、最後一天早上吃完早餐回房間，突然斷電。所有跟電有關的設施均不能用，包括房間電話分機、馬桶！！！沒有電話分機，不能第一時間向酒店反應客户訴求；馬桶無電就無法沖水！讓我感覺到酒店沒有有效的突發事件預案。 3、在酒店早餐廳，吃了三次早飯，每次都能看見服務員、廚師與客户同時在早餐廳裏用餐。讓我感覺到酒店的專業性實在不強，跟“國際酒店”的名稱相差甚遠。當然，也有值得稱讚的地方，客房服務員非常熱情，工作態度很認真，主動詢問我們是否需要打掃，房間斷電了，她們幫忙反應情況，還一再來確認是否解決，值得稱讚！另外，需要提醒大家，榆林沒有24小時葯店，半夜沒有葯店開門，所以半夜也沒有UU跑腿接單。

環境衞生設施都很滿意，早餐的某個服務員服務很差。我買了雙早餐38元，一個人身體不舒服沒有下樓吃早餐，我從餐廳帶了三個小小的麪包和兩盒奶（成本不到5元），一個服務員大聲呵斥我説不能打包，還要搶走我手上的麪包和酸奶。我花錢買的雙早餐，另一個人有沒有吃他們是有統計的能看出來，況且我又沒有拿很多（不到5元），餐廳服務員的服務讓我很生氣。不考慮服務，酒店還是很不錯的。
