房間乾淨衞生，就是沒找到能掛衣服的地方。洗衣房沒有洗衣液之類的東西，如果能加上這一點服務就更棒棒噠！

酒店地點不錯，距離中央廣場很近，緊靠小吃街，屬於中央公園西區範圍，房間整齊衞生，前台服務不錯。
特別要説一下我們保潔大姐，由於粗心，忘了兩次東西，第二次是小孩用的小東西，很小，很難發現，結果大姐找到了，替我們保管好，主動聯繫我們。

前台服務人員很熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺，整體裝修風格很有格調，藝術氛圍濃郁，難能可貴的是房間所有設施都是完好無損的，這在榆林很難得，洗澡水也24小時有熱水，這在榆林也非常難得，機器人送東西非常好，即保護了私隱又比較方便，房間有智能語音管家，很好用，語音關燈關窗簾這些很方便，懶人福利，房間光線很不錯，下午陽光照進房間，透過白色的簾子看着窗外隨風飄動的樹枝，十分愜意，酒店還配有洗衣機，每天還送麪包和酸奶，很貼心。這邊停車挺難的，亂停還有交警拖車，酒店有免費的停車位，細節什麼都很到位。
