一、衞生環境差。枕頭格外臟，黃彤彤一片，嚴重影響我們的入住體驗。
二、配套設施差。這麼大個酒店，最起碼的蚊香都不配備，差些被叮死。如果晚上失眠，請預訂這家酒店，反正閑着也是閑着，打蚊子玩兒豈不是美滋滋
三、服務態度差。給前台説枕頭臟，前台告訴我們客服下班了，讓自己去取。凌晨三點被蚊子咬的實在沒法，給前台説沒有蚊香，結果讓我們自己下樓來取。
住過不少酒店，從來沒遇見過這麼離譜的服務！
