房間沒有拍照，因為就是親子間的標準設施，與酒店宣傳照片一致。
服務、設施沒有給滿分，因為在入住後，發生的幾件事情，讓我從最初入住時的好感逐步下降。
1、孩子半夜生病，折騰一晚上，天快亮才睡着，而且因為是膽囊炎發作，渾身無力。我和老公去早餐廳吃飯，希望給孩子帶一碗粥和一個饅頭回房間，餐廳服務員、經理都是嚴詞拒絕，説為了食品安全，絕對不行，找誰都沒用。讓我深深感覺到酒店的冷漠。
2、最後一天早上吃完早餐回房間，突然斷電。所有跟電有關的設施均不能用，包括房間電話分機、馬桶！！！沒有電話分機，不能第一時間向酒店反應客户訴求；馬桶無電就無法沖水！讓我感覺到酒店沒有有效的突發事件預案。
3、在酒店早餐廳，吃了三次早飯，每次都能看見服務員、廚師與客户同時在早餐廳裏用餐。讓我感覺到酒店的專業性實在不強，跟“國際酒店”的名稱相差甚遠。
當然，也有值得稱讚的地方，客房服務員非常熱情，工作態度很認真，主動詢問我們是否需要打掃，房間斷電了，她們幫忙反應情況，還一再來確認是否解決，值得稱讚！
另外，需要提醒大家，榆林沒有24小時葯店，半夜沒有葯店開門，所以半夜也沒有UU跑腿接單。

很喜歡這裏，幾乎每個周都來，首選這家，乾淨舒服，貼心服務，安排免費夜宵，水果。
上週去，衣服臟了，還安排了洗衣服，很棒。
建議，入住5次以上老客户，別叫什麼按金了，好久沒見過有地方收按金了。

這家酒店的前台小強同志服務真的非常棒！工作人員態度親切，笑容滿面，辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速，效率極高。接送接小李師傅非常熱情，他們都耐心細緻，服務周到。前台環境整潔温馨，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。特別感謝前台小姐姐的熱情幫助，讓我的入住體驗更加愉快！強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

裝修是翻修，空調是不暖的，洗衣服務是十五分鐘的速洗模式還不給烘乾，早餐廳吃早餐的員工比客人多，除了前廳部服務不錯，其他的一般般，換句話説，榆林並沒有多少有經驗有能力的店長，都是服務員起步，一路混上來的，一切正常。

去西北環線的中途歇腳點。這個酒店太棒了。環境乾淨整潔 房間空間很大 感覺很舒適。尤其要提一下酒店的早餐 品種很多 很豐盛 還有小牛排和三文魚。

熱水忽冷忽熱，樓層越高越嚴重。11樓一會冰涼一會能燙豬毛。那温度把豬燙一下毛絕對能拔。後面換到低樓層，能好一些，但是也是忽冷忽熱。該換設備了 酒店，你們的熱水設備故障估計很久了。差評。差評。
