這次出行住宿體驗感非常好，前台美女的服務態度真好，看見我們帶了小孩子，還給我們免費升級了房型，小孩中午睡覺到點沒睡醒，問前台前台美女説可以延遲一會退房，等小孩子醒了再退，以防小孩沒睡醒哭鬧的不行，太貼心了，雖然旅途很累，但是前台很暖心，房間的衞生乾淨，洗澡水温度非常合適，很舒服，早餐種類挺多的，品種很多，停車場出去很方便，還有就是房間的水服務員多送了幾瓶，總之挑不出來一點毛病，住的很滿意的一次

衞生：地板乾淨無塵、衞生間整潔，並配備有一次性馬桶墊，浴巾潔白柔軟！床品舒適，配三種不同款枕頭，保證可以讓你找到舒服搭配。後院有很大停車埸，車位充足，對自駕遊客人十分友好！
服務：特別要感謝前台小姐姐敏，服務十分周到熱情、且細緻！不僅主動幫忙升級房型，還幫送行李到房間！本次行程己有十七天，今天服務最佳！直得大大點贊！

我下訂單下錯房型了，前台美女很熱情的安慰我説沒事給我免費換了大床房，這家酒店的服務真是驚呆我了，一進門微笑問好，前台給倒了熱的玫瑰茶水，辦完入住後幫我把行李送到了房間，還貼心的告訴我榆林附近的飯店和羊雜碎的位置，房間也很乾凈採光也不錯的。

和朋友來榆林串了幾天，前台美女的服務很貼心，還給介紹了當地的特色飯，羊雜碎，羊肉麪，本地菜，口味都很不錯的，有任何問題都會第一時間給我解決，房間的採光很好，也有健身房和洗衣房，洗衣房的衣服忘記往出拿了，還是前台給我打電話説了一聲，貼心的幫我搭出來了，選擇這個酒店住宿也是朋友是榆林人推薦的住這裏的，環境不錯，離二街，古城轉，夫子廟都挺近的，前台提供的旅遊冊子很不錯

房間智能化，停車場大，酒店位置挺好的，周圍有特色小吃，離景點也近，走哪兒都方便，服務人員熱情，讓人拿暖心，不錯，跟前的燴菜館好吃着了，還吃了對面的馬三洋芋片，不錯😄
