雖然這個房型面積配上這個價格，可以説很值，但是，免費我以後也不會住了：
首先，隔音巨差巨差巨差，跟沒有隔音一樣！一整晚樓下車開過去的聲音讓我覺得住在了高速或者國道邊上，凌晨4點隔壁入住聊天 按門鈴的聲音跟在我耳邊一樣，半夜被嚇醒 睜着眼睛到6點 不知道老闆有沒有見過凌晨4點的榆林，我反正是見到了。
其次，房間衞生一般，看得出來是剛翻新不久，但是，地毯上、浴缸裏明顯的污漬，甚至這些污漬就是擦一下就能擦掉的。
第三，服務約等於沒有，酒店工作人員把上班鬆弛感發揮到了極致。第一天13點30入住 13點50前台就打電話問是要續住還是退房 然後説打錯了。這20分鐘你辦了多少入住你記不清楚？作為一個標註可以住5個成年人的房型，衹放4瓶水，打電話要水一直到退房都沒送來。點了外賣，前台放進機器人裏説忘記給送了？！
第四，早餐全是科技狠活且種類非常少，親眼看見工作人員那一塊藍色抹布擦了桌子擦了凳子擦了裝牛奶的罐子外側然後伸進裏面擦……問工作人員酸湯麪是不是辣的，工作人員説：那誰知道呢？沒有一點是自己做的 全靠勾兑唄？！
第五，酒店兩部電梯都是客梯，吃完早飯出來門口堵着一個運貨的板車，都得側身注意點才能繞過去走到電梯門口，電梯門一打開，一個工作人員推着廚餘垃圾桶走出來了？！

酒店前台服務很好都很熱情，幫忙接熱水，房卡忘記帶了還幫忙刷電梯，酒店早餐很美味，自助類型，早點種類很多，挺好吃，離夫子廟老街都很近推薦，附近還有公園，早上吃完早餐可以去散步推薦

酒店很差，入住需要收300元的按金，讓多送幾瓶水説是最多能給4瓶，要是再多需要收費，又不是説喝半瓶扔半瓶，其他酒店水都是免費的，還沒見過喝個水都要收費的，
房間的床墊會跑，被床箱磕了好幾次腿，
早餐很一般，感覺沒啥吃的。煮了個羊雜碎，難吃的很，最後吃了兩口黃瓜涼菜，
退房要查房，等了很久，從辦入住到吃早餐到退房，遇到的員工服務都很差勁👎🏻，一點都不專業，避雷

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，前台服務熱情很好。小孩子需要被子，前台小姐姐親自給我找的，很感動。早點也豐富，離老街近，附近美食也多，出行方便！

房間挺大，服務挺好，早餐不錯。就是房間的隔音太差，又遇到個無良鄰居，大半夜的電視聲音特別大，前台人員多次去溝通也沒用，影響了入住體驗。總的來説性價比還是挺高的。榆林很美，陝北人民很熱情。
