There are problems such as the lack of a dryer or anything for personal care, the lack of a shower cabin in the bathroom, the heating system not being active and the breakfast being served to the room on a single plate rather than as an open buffet.

No air-conditioning in the rooms, not easy to sleep if you have to open the window because the front street is too loud due to traffic. I would not advise this hotel !

Nice bright airy room with balcony access. The bathroom is a wet room, with some toiletries provided. No mirror or safe in the room. Iron and board can be borrowed from housekeeping. No fan, or AC, needed at night in summer, but can get a bit cooler-no blankets provided. When requested, I got an extra single bedsheet for a double bed. Lifts/elevators are pretty quick. The Wifi is excellent. No in-house breakfast, but basic breakfast is served at the adjoined cafe. There are no other shops/facilities nearby. Would I visit again? Probably, if I had to be in the area as the price is very reasonable.

The rooms were small but bright and cute. Unfortunately, cold air was coming from the windows and it was quite cold for those lying by the window.
In general, I can say that the cleaning was good. We didn't eat anything, we just used it to sleep.
There was no card system, there was a house key as you know. There was only one towel in the double room, we had to ask for it separately.
It is a suitable accommodation only for going to bed in the evening and waking up in the morning. It's not like a hotel, it's like an apartment etc. By the way, sound insulation was also pretty bad. I can say that we woke up to the sound of the alarm in the next room.
