Stayed in this hotel for one night with my family. We booked two rooms. View is a key differentiator of this hotel. And I may say that it is one of the best in Ayder. Food and breakfast should be improved. Staff are doing their best to help, but with limited English skills. Mustafa was super helpful and most of people there depended on him to translate. Rooms are good with excellent view and have the foundational equipments for people to stay. However, beds may improve. Overall, this is very good value for money.

2018 de gelmiştik her şey o kadar güzeldi ki bu sene tekrar gelmeyi istedik. Ama o kadar üzücü ki odada ne su var ne bir lif ne bir diş fırçası. Paket çay içeyim dedim lobide 30 tl verdim diş fırçası isticem paralı . En olay şey ise çarşaflar kirliydi ve göz kalemi izleri vardı. Soruncada izler geçmiyo dedi ilk defa otelde kalıyoruz sanki. Mayıs 2022 tek gece konakladık,odalar temiz ve geniş ama saat 24.00 de kaloriferi kapatmışlar sabah 6.30 da daha yakmamışlardı Mayıs ayı demeyin gece kar yağdı.Lobide oturalım dedik yemekten sonra şömine yanıyordu güzel odunlar sönmeye başladıkça uyardık ama yeni odun atmadılar Stajyer öğrenciler çalışıyor ama bence eğitim verilmediği için çok kaba konuşmalar servis kötü güleryüz yok eşimin çorbasından plastik parçası çıktı özür yok söylemediler bile mutfağa,türlünün yanında bayat ne olduğunu anlamadığımız pilav,kahvaltı deseniz standart bile değil bayat ekmekler tost makinası koymuşlar tost yapılsın diye saçma Alman turistler vardı ben utandım kahve makinesi var üstünde örtü potta bayat çay Karadeniz de Tek düzgün olan Türk kahvesi pişiren genç hanımdı ama Arap fiyatı 30 TL Türk kahvesi
