前台戴眼鏡一女的服務態度超級差，而且形象也差，頭髮亂糟糟的耷拉着，挎着個臉，説話時不時翻白眼，一副傲慢的樣子，多問幾句就及其不耐煩嘴巴碎碎念，好像別人欠她幾百萬一樣，問她為何如此態度，她竟然回答在這上班工資那麼低晚上還熬夜憑什麼要對客人客氣憑什麼要微笑服務，還説老闆沒有規定她們上班必須要微笑服務…
整個過程簡直就是震驚我的三觀，還有這麼***的人，既然那麼嫌棄這份工作大可不做啊，何必給酒店招黑，酒店老闆聘請這樣的員工也是巨大損失！
哪怕全世界酒店訂完也不會去訂有這種服務態度差的酒店！
