本來訂這個價位的酒店就是圖個價格便宜，什麼環境衞生都無所謂的。可是明明已經預訂成功了，到了地方説沒房間。還要我自己添20塊錢升房型，明明是酒店的問題卻讓消費者買單。那你當時別確認我的預訂呀。
