坐過最差勁的酒店，沒有之一，垃圾的一塌糊塗，服務差勁，尤其是前台，態度惡劣，大清早八點就被工作人員強制叫醒，非要進來拿東西，哪有這些的事情，催退房，從一點開始，我都説了，我兩點會退房，打房間電話多次，還有打手機死催，下來態度極差，還想欺騙消費者，我網絡上定了房，到店説定的房型沒有了，要我加錢，我不同意，又説免費幫我升級，等我退房又想讓我補錢，還想道德綁架我，真的很垃圾，不建議大家住這裏。酒店管理太差，工作人員態度太差

設施：房間裏生活用品很齊全，方便
衞生：整潔乾淨，讓人很舒服
環境：走進來高大上，酒店整體感覺很大氣，早餐也豐富
服務：酒店服務也熱情，一進來引導車停哪裡去給你安排車位，接着去前台登記也是笑臉迎接打招呼🤗很專業，第一次來這裏體驗感覺不錯，很有温度的一家，不是朋友推薦還不會來這裏，現在知道有這麼家讓人舒服的酒店，下次還會過來，主要是價格性價比不錯👍👍👍

交通方便，位於楚門鎮中心。去哪兒都很方便。
早餐不算很豐富但是也能管飽。
房間裝修有點年頭了，但是整體還算乾淨。
晚餐廳不錯，爆滿。
