The room was very bad and dirty, and the toothbrush was actually wrapped in a transparent plastic bag. When I arrived at the front desk, there was no one there. I called a few times before someone came out. The tone was very bad (male). This is the worst hotel in Huazhu Club. No doubt about it. It's hard to understand why there is such a service attitude.
