It was spacious but the onset is not clean enough.

Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth

我們一行五人 ，訂了2間房間富士和高砂，2間房間空間很大，每一間房間都有私人風侶，酒店還設有多個風侶，半露天，家庭 ，只要在門口牌子寫著空，你就可以進去，我和另一朋友走訪了三個池，也沒有人使用中， 早餐和晚餐（有和牛）安排了私人包箱給我們，早上在酒店可以免費拿牛奶，大堂有免費雞蛋和番薯隨時拿，晚上8點後可以玩爆米花，酒店地圖也很有心思，酒店有接駁車往返湯布院站。一定要去車站旁的Mabushi-心（站前店）很好吃。
因為前一天另一酒店出現問題，酒店網的職員錯誤給了這間酒店的電話號碼，令我們非常抱歉。

傳統日式建築，只有11間房，在由布院山上，行10分鐘去到金磷湖，服務照顧周全，員工有禮，懂英語，環境好靚，一泊兩食，食物精緻，房間內半露天私人溫泉十分舒適

餐廳員工服務很好，有接駁車送你都由布院車站，但係我哋去嗰程唔記得預訂，行咗好遠，房間張床好好瞓，但係是不是會有簷蛇，壁虎同埋蟲仔，無啦啦跳去你身上，嚇**，但係因為係大自然環境，無可避免，但係瞓覺間房有蚊，好辛苦
Very nice staffs with exceptional services especially the staffs who served us in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel is a bit far from the main yufuin station. There are bugs and house snake and mosquitoes in the room, which shocked me from time to time, the air conditioning is noisy. But the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on.
