1. Poor customers service via tablet video call
2. Power shut down for few times when you were operating hearing, cooking and shower
3. No one cleared the trash and made the bed
4. Self check in to input numerous information from all customers
5. Only one washroom is provided
Only one good point is that the apartment is quite nice

we are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night.
The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

This trip is my second time staying at Rakuten, if compared to the one in Itojima, the one in Itoshima is better!
6 mins walk from here has reached Tong no Ping Street and Supermarket!

The weather was very cold in March. There was only an air conditioner in the living room and no independent heater. It took at least four hours for the room to warm up a little. The air conditioners in the room and the living room cannot be turned on at the same time, otherwise there will be a power outage. The customer service said that the voltage is not enough. For other aspects like location, it would be more convenient to drive yourself; the indoor facilities are sufficient, including coffee machine, kettle and hot pot.
