Clean space with 3 rooms — 2 western and 1 Japanese. Beds are decent for the western rooms but the tatami sleeping proved to be literally hard without much comfort. Lots of towels provided, enough for two nights. Located in a local neighbourhood amidst rice paddies and a scenery of the mountains, with the nearest supermarkets just within a 5 min drive away. There is the YouTube and Netflix option for the projector tv, but the living room is rather small. Sofa can be replaced by tatami seats or plastic chairs for rearranging. Stairs are rather steep; children and the elderly may want to reconsider. Overall a decent experience

Very clean and spacious, homey, all the necessities (utensils, cup, etc) are available in the kitchen. Love the nespresso coffee machine, gave me a good boost in the morning!

Rakuten stay x will style is always our top choice. We enjoyed the stay very much and didn't want to leave indeed.

1. Poor customers service via tablet video call
2. Power shut down for few times when you were operating hearing, cooking and shower
3. No one cleared the trash and made the bed
4. Self check in to input numerous information from all customers
5. Only one washroom is provided
Only one good point is that the apartment is quite nice

we are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night.
The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

離童話小鎮、湯之坪、金鱗湖都很方便。
環境設備都很好、唯一可惜是房間在二樓、廁所在一樓比較不方便ㄧ點點.其他都很推薦
