It seems that I left my pants hanging in the hotel closet and forgot about it, but normally I would have contacted you if I noticed, but there was nothing... I noticed when I got home at night and contacted you, but it was late at night. I don't know because there is no front desk. I didn't know if they would call me back, and even when I called the next morning, they said that there was something I forgot, and I was worried about contacting them, and I'm sorry I was late in noticing. When I asked if it would be okay to send it to me, I could only say that I understood. When I checked out at 10:00, I was asked by the hotel staff what my plans were after this. I was told that I could leave it in the hotel parking lot until after 12:30. I was disappointed because I could have picked it up if I had been contacted immediately. Of course, it's my fault for forgetting something, but if you notice that I might still be nearby, would you mind contacting me? Even though we were still talking about going back after sightseeing, we weren't told that we could leave the parking lot for the next day, so we went into the hotel by noon and realized we had forgotten something. I was very satisfied with the hotel's response until then, I even wrote a letter and returned home. It was the worst even if I noticed and called the inquiry. I will stay at a different hotel next time.

3年ぶりの湯布院ですが、『はな村』さんは始めましてのお宿です。 予約後に『女性にやさしいお宿』とのキャッチフレーズを読んで、ん…おっさんにはやさしいのだろうか？と不安になりましたが（笑）全くの杞憂でした。 他の方も書いているように、従業員の皆さんのおもてなしは最高でした。特に女性お二人のお気遣いには心から感謝です。 当然、お部屋も食事もお風呂も全てが素晴らしかったのですが、朝風呂後にロビーに流れていたのはカーペンターズ（音響機器はレコードです♪） モーニングコーヒーを頂きながら、今年ご入社？のかわいい従業員の方と、少しだけ世間話をさせて頂きましたが、 その中で、他界した妻の想い出の曲「Close to You」を掛けて頂き、感謝と感動を一杯頂きました。 その後、黒川温泉→熊本市内と周り、無事に帰京した当日には、早々と丁寧な御礼状も届いており、あらためて素晴らしいお宿だと感激しました。 長文失礼しました。 しかし、これが自分の気持ちですのでご容赦下さい。ありがとうございました。 また、いつの日にかお伺い出来る事を心に秘めて…
