Excellent experience!! The 2 storey house included living room, bedroom, 2 restrooms, balcony and private onsen! The view from onsen is incredible! Kaiseki dinner was served at the main building in a private room. The whole main meal and beverage were in high quality. Breakfast on the next day morning was good too. Staffs were helpful and polite. Free taxi round trip from JR station to the hotel. And just 8 min walk from the Kinrin Lake which is prefect for getting up early for the morning mist.

We had a fantastic visit there with good service, delicious food and great accommodation. The hot spring in the room is amazing and they provide free drinks in the fridge too. The accommodation is spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable, one of staff even know Cantonese and all of them are so nice and friendly. It worths us to rate a 5 star rating.

Better hotels in Yufuin must be booked two or three months in advance, and this one is no exception. The room is large, the private bath is very comfortable, the food and beverages are quite satisfactory, and the hotel service is good.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in in Yufuin. There are more than a dozen independent houses scattered among the woods, and the beautiful Mount Yufu is right in front of you. The service was very good, the dinner was great, you can take a free taxi to and from the JR station, and it's very close to Kinrin Lake.

The dinner is rich and tastes great👍🏻 (kaiseki cuisine). People who like to drink will definitely like it because there are free drinks. The indoor private bath is also very comfortable! Recommended👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful suite with wonderful service, a Cantonese speaking staff helped us out to find some restaurants when everything was closed. We had a really nice stay at Itsuki.

The dinner and breakfast is superb! It is like having a meal in a 5-star restaurant, free drinks with plenty of options are available! Since it’s our wedding anniversary and I have made a remarks upon booking. It is surprising that the hotel provided a celebration dessert for us! Thank you! Will Come back for sure!

It's just an expensive private pool villa hot spring. The water is not good. Closer to tap water than hot spring water It's diluted a lot so it's not like hot spring water. Individual rooms are arranged around the hotel. The room has a tatami living room, a tatami bedroom, and two private bathtubs. I stayed in the assigned room. It's cold in winter. For one night stay, the time is short and disappointing. You need at least 2 nights to enjoy it leisurely. It's a hotel. The service is just ok for the price. It's a disappointing hotel to pay for and spend a night in, and it's a bit over-promoted. I think it's done.
